- 1/2 cup (50 g) rolled oats, dry
- 1 cup (240 ml) unsweetened fortified soy milk
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- 1 2/3 scoops (50 g) protein powder

Bring soy milk to a gentle simmer over medium heat.

Add dry oats and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring until soft.

Remove from heat and stir in protein powder.
