1. Agreement to terms

By accessing the KINTREX website, using our tools, booking a consultation or purchasing any coaching or digital service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These terms work alongside our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and Refund Policy.

2. What KINTREX provides

We provide coaching and educational services, including:

• Personalised training and strength programs.
• Nutrition guidance and habit support (not medical dietetics).
• Check‑ins, messaging and accountability.
• Educational content, calculators and self‑service tools.

Most services are delivered online or through third‑party platforms; some in‑person sessions may take place in partner gyms. Details of each service, including frequency and inclusions, are shown on the relevant sales page.

3. Your responsibilities

To get the most from coaching and keep things safe you agree to:

• Provide accurate, up‑to‑date information about your health, goals and training background.
• Tell your coach promptly about any injuries, medical changes or new medications.
• Follow guidance sensibly, ask questions when unsure, and train within your abilities.
• Seek medical advice where appropriate (see our Disclaimer for more detail).
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and not to abuse, harass or harm others.

4. Accounts, access & fair use

If you create an account or are given access to private resources, you are responsible for keeping login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised use.

Coaching access, resources and tools are for your personal use only. You agree not to share login details, resell programs or distribute materials without our written permission.

5. Payments & billing

Unless otherwise stated on the relevant page, coaching and digital products are billed in advance. Prices are listed in GBP and may change from time to time; we aim to give reasonable notice for recurring subscriptions.

Payments are processed securely via third‑party providers. Your use of those providers is also subject to their terms. Our Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be available.

6. Cancellations & ending services

You may request to cancel future coaching by contacting us using the details below. Some services are sold as fixed‑length programs; in those cases, access will normally continue until the end of the period you paid for.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, act abusively towards staff or other clients, or misuse our services. Where appropriate we will give a warning first.

7. Health disclaimer

Coaching and content from KINTREX is for general fitness education and support. It does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always speak with a healthcare professional before starting or changing exercise or nutrition routines, and stop if you experience pain or concerning symptoms.

8. Intellectual property

All site content, branding, plans, templates and educational materials (unless stated otherwise) are owned by KINTREX. You receive a personal, non‑transferable licence to use materials for your own training only. You may not copy, resell, publish, or create competing products from them without written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KINTREX is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss, or for loss of profits, data or reputation arising out of your use of our services, tools or content.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If a court finds any part of them unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue in full force.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If changes are significant and you have an active coaching agreement, we will aim to let you know directly.
