Refund Policy

Effective Date: December 1, 2025

1. Overview

We want you to feel confident when you invest in coaching. This policy explains when refunds may be available for KINTREX services and how to request one.

Because most coaching involves personal time, planning and digital materials that start quickly, refunds are limited – but we aim to be fair and reasonable.

2. Coaching programs

Unless stated otherwise on a specific offer:

  • Coaching programs are classed as digital services that begin once your intake is reviewed, plan created or first check‑in is delivered.
  • After coaching has started, fees are normally non‑refundable because coach time and planning have already been invested.
  • If serious medical issues or exceptional circumstances mean you can no longer continue, we may at our discretion offer a partial credit or deferral for unused weeks. We will always discuss this with you on a case‑by‑case basis.

3. DIY and digital products

  • For self‑guided or downloadable programs, refunds are generally not offered once access has been provided, as materials cannot be "returned".
  • If you believe there has been a technical issue or you purchased the wrong product by mistake, please contact us promptly so we can review options with you.

4. Non‑refundable situations

  • Completed or in‑progress coaching weeks that you have already received.
  • Custom meal plans, training plans or resources that have been delivered.
  • Missed check‑ins, sessions or lack of progress where you have not followed the agreed plan or kept in touch.

5. How to request a refund or review

If you would like us to review your situation, please email info@kintrix.com with:

  • Your name and contact details.
  • What you purchased and when.
  • A short explanation of what has happened and what you are requesting.

We aim to respond within 3 working days wherever possible.

6. Billing issues

If you notice a charge you do not recognise, or believe there has been an error, please contact us first so we can investigate. Many issues can be resolved quickly without needing to open a dispute with your bank or card provider.
