Strength Plateaus Explained: Why Progress Slows (And How to Fix It)
Plateaus are normal. The fix is usually better recovery and smarter progression.

Simple fixes
- Add a deload week every 6–8 weeks.
- Reduce junk volume and keep main lifts heavy.
- Eat enough to recover, especially protein and carbs.
Small tweaks get the bar moving again.
